I streamline the design and development process, enabling rapid iteration and deployment without the need for extensive coding. This approach allows me to focus on crafting user-friendly and visually engaging websites that are easily manageable and scalable.
As part of a broader effort to modernize and improve digital access to critical public resources, I led the web design and development for several high-impact sites under the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). My role focused on creating accessible, user-friendly interfaces while aligning with state-level compliance standards and ensuring performance across devices. From designing clear content hierarchies to implementing intuitive navigation systems and responsive layouts, each site was developed to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders—from consumers and small businesses to legal and regulatory bodies.
