Project Goal

The goal of this project was to design PromptMule, an integrated platform for developers using LLMs, focused on API-driven trust services for managing ownership and copyright of GenAI prompt data. Tailored for enterprises, governments, and entertainment, the solution ensures secure and cost-effective data handling. Key features include seamless API integration and robust data protection mechanisms, aimed at providing users with full control and transparency over their AI-generated content.

When designing this integrated solution for developers using LLMs, my approach centers on understanding how latency works along with understanding sector-specific customization to create a seamless and intuitive experience.

Key Insights From Research

Derived actionable insights from the data, such as the need for customizable interfaces, the importance of transparent security measures, and the demand for streamlined workflows. These insights guided the design decisions, ensuring the solution would effectively address user needs.

Story Telling

Emma’s is a legal advisor, who’s job revolves around protecting the studio’s intellectual property, particularly the AI-generated content that is increasingly becoming a cornerstone of their creative output. Each day, Emma juggles reviewing contracts, ensuring copyright compliance, and managing complex negotiations. Despite her extensive experience, she often finds herself frustrated by the lack of streamlined processes for securing ownership rights over the studio’s AI-generated work. The manual handling of these tasks not only consumes valuable time but also leaves her concerned about potential oversights that could expose the studio to legal risks.

Data Analysis

Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data gathered from interviews, surveys, and user testing. This analysis focused on identifying common pain points, preferences, and patterns in how different sectors approach AI data ownership and protection.

User Flows + IA + Fidelity Prototyping

By combining user flows, IA, and fidelity prototyping, I not only crafted a user-friendly design but also created a strong foundation for informed design decisions. This approach helped me validate assumptions, refine the user experience, and ultimately develop a product that resonated with users and met their needs.

Results and Impact (KPI)

The final design delivered a tailored, intuitive interface that met the specific needs of the targeted sectors.
